  Market Fresh is my favorite go-to place for breakfast and lunch in downtown on weekdays.  As I work outside the downtown area these days, I don't get to visit that often.  So, if I am around in the area, I always try to get both breakfast and lunch for happiness in my stomach.  
  
  They have a HUGE selection of foods to choose from - salad, fruit, savory, both American & Asian cuisines (Chinese, Japanese, and Korean) with tons of meat options; beef, pork, chicken, and seafood.  Their salad bar seems very popular as well to offer vegan options.
  
  As I've tried all their dishes over the past 7 years, I can personally comment on almost all.  They make the best healthy, fresh & delicious foods, so I always feel great after eating.  I can easily tell that they don't seem to add monosodium glutamate (aka MSG) that many restaurants use to make their food taste better.  This is a big plus for me as well as others who have a sensitive stomach.  It's also good to see they got an "Excellent" food safety rating from the county.  
  
  Not only do they serve yummy foods, but their service is also exceptional.  While I was eating there, the staff came by and offered me her two secret sauces that go well with fried shrimp and egg rolls.  I forgot what the name of the sauces is called but I attached my photos in case.  (Or ask her to get you the sauces if you want to try next time - she will know what I am talking about ;)
  
  My favorite dishes are -
  Waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuit, and greek yogurt from breakfast
  California roll, salmon, bulgogi, meatball, orange chicken, teriyaki, fried shrimp, and egg roll from lunch
  
  The price is very affordable, and the environment is really nice.  They offer lunch special - you can get a 10% discount as being a new customer or a student.  A group of 2 or more also gets the 10% discount.  So I always bring in my friends or colleagues to get the 10% discount on the meal (my little secret).
  
  The ordering process is fast and easy.  Just grab a container or a plate, fill up with foods you like, and pay your meal by weight at the counter.  
  
  How to get there -
  Their location can be a bit tricky to find for the first timer.  The easiest way I figured is by taking a stair down from 5th Avenue Theater, then market fresh should be on your right-hand side.
  You can also access it through Hilton hotel by taking an elevator down to concourse level then making a left turn.  
  
  So if you are in the mood for good foods from a huge selection, this is the spot!

  Guys, the food is DELICIOUS here. This may be served buffet style, but the food does not taste like it's been sitting out for awhile at all. I was super impressed by how great the quality of the food was.
  
  Since it's run by a Korean staff, there are Korean dishes, such as beef bulgogi and kimchi. They also have a wide selection of other foods too, such as California rolls, Chinese food, and a salad bar. Oh, and of course, all the fried goodies, like fried chicken, gyoza, and butterflied shrimp. They even have baked salmon, which was not too shabby.
  
  This particular location was a bit difficult to find at first. It's located under the 5th Avenue Theatre. I was told they have 5 different locations around downtown Seattle so it's convenient for people to grab breakfast or lunch, but definitely check out this location.  
  
  Lastly, can I just say that Market Fresh RS is run by the most sweetest people ever?! They just make me feel so welcomed there. They kept feeding me samples too!
  I highly recommend you guys stop by any chance you get cause their food and service truly does deserve a 5-star rating. Can't wait to go back!

  Such a nice place to visit downtown for lunch if you can't decide what to eat! They have a salad bar and a hot bar, there is something for everyone! It's also by the pound, so you can get as much or as little food as you want :).
  
  I got some of the hot food and the sushi. I definitely recommend the hot foods.

  They have a korean kimchi with bulgogi.
  Bulgogi is very tender and tasty.
  Kimchi is amazing! So GOOD! It is the best kimchi in town.

  Market Fresh was great! They have a really wide selection of dishes to select from, and all the staff are super friendly. I didn't have super high expectations since it's a buffet, but I ended up leaving really impressed. The food was fresh, replenished often, and nothing tasted at if it had been sitting out for too long.
  
  This is a great downtown lunch option.
